Beware of the fake diploma site review scams on the internet.

These are websites that pretend to be unbiased "reviewers" of those websites selling fake degrees - fake diplomas. If you see one, you'll notice quickly that the highest-priced companies are in first place. Unfortunately, they can charge these prices because of such tactics. We even found one of our sites had been reviewed poorly by one of these 'review sites'. But the problem was our site had only been up two weeks. We had only sold two degrees from that site as it was new and had yet been fully indexed for web searches yet we were listed on this bogus website as having several dozen votes from supposed customers (pos&neg votes). Who would go to so much trouble unless they wanted to promote their own businesses? Just go with your instincts, you can tell who knows what they're doing and who doesn't.
